Shanghai 201203 The present invention discloses 3D-structure of SARS-CoV Viruses 3CL Protease obtained through molecular modeling: The 3D-structure can be used as a target for screening medical database CMC (Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry, MDL Information System, Inc.), discovering a group of compounds which have activity of inhibiting SARS-CoV viruses 3CL Protease. Cinanserin is assayed on molecular and viruse levels, discovering that it has better activity of inhibiting SARS-CoV viruses 3CL Protease and it has anti-SARS-CoV viruses activity. Cinanserin analogs are synthesized. We did assay on molecular and viruses levels, discovering that they have activity of inhibiting SARS-CoV viruses 3CL Protease and they have anti-SARS-CoV viruses activity, which can be used for treating and/or preventing SARS-CoV viruses infection.

[Qirong Shen, Yanxia Liu, Xingming Yang, Yangchun Xu, Biao Shen] CN Nanjing The present invention relates to the antagonistic bacteria that are used to prevent and eliminate tobacco bacterial wilt and their microbial organic fertilizer, which belong to the technology for agricultural intensive production. The present invention separates two antagonistic bacteria (Brevibacillus brevis NJL-25 and Bacillus cereus NJL-14) that have remarkable antagonistic action against the pathogens of tobacco bacterial wilt. Microbial organic fertilizer is produced from these antagonistic bacteria and organic compost. Wherein, the content of each of NJL-25 and NJL-14 is above 1×1010 cfu/g, the content of total nitrogen is 4˜5% (above 90% of the nitrogen is organic nitrogen), the content of total nitrogen-phosphorus-kalium nutrient is 6˜10% and the content of organic matter is 30˜35%. As indicated by experiments, after the microbial organic fertilizer is applied into soil, it will enable rapid multiplication of the antagonistic bacteria into a dominant microflora in the soil and achieve more than 97.6% of biocontrol rate of tobacco bacterial wilt in the soil suffering from tobacco bacterial wilt. If the microbial organic fertilizer is applied in the soil without continuous cropping obstacle in a long time, it can prevent the occurrence of the bacterial wilt of continuous cropping tobacco to a great extent.

The microorganism organic fertilizer is produced from such antagonistic bacteria strains and organic compost. The fertilizer comprises more than 1×1010 cells/g of NJL-25 and NJL-14, respectively. In the fertilizer, mass ratio of total nitrogen is 4-5% (wherein mass ratio of organic nitrogen is more than 90%); mass ratio of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients is 6-10%; and mass ratio of organic material is 30-35%. Experiments show that the antagonistic bacteria can quickly propagate to form dominant population in the soil after the microorganism organic fertilizer is applied into the soil, and the biological preventing and treating rate on the bacterial wilt disease in the soil affected by tobacco bacterial wilt disease is more than 97.6%. Applying the microorganism organic fertilizer into the soil without continuously planting obstacle for a long time can prevent the occurrence of bacterial wilt disease of continuously planted tobacco to a great degree.

As preferred, chelating agent/acid system of appropriate amount may be also added before the step of drying and crushing, so as to chelate bivalent cations which may be introduced additionally in the use of gellen gum, and keep pH in relatively stable value at the same time. Various low-acyl gellan gums prepared by above method are also provided, which have features of good appearance, high transmittance, high gel strength, and have specific performance of color value of more than 83%, transmittance of more than 85%, and gel strength of more than 400g/ cm2.

The disclosed method then is able to access a second water power modeling data based on current season and time segment so as to compare the data with the monitored data, and then send out alarm signal if the outcome of comparison is abnormal. Accordingly, the disclosed method provides a more accurate outcome for the comparison between the water power modeling data and the monitored data for the water network.
